Wareed AI
AI that does the routine work. People make the calls.
Wareed uses AI in two places: Fatma at the front desk, and the visit scribe in the exam room. Both prepare work for people to check. Neither replaces clinical judgement.
Fatma at the front desk
Fatma answers patients on WhatsApp in Egyptian Arabic, English, or Franco. She books, reschedules, and cancels through the same rules as your staff, answers only from clinic facts you approved, and hands the conversation to a person when she cannot help safely. Bulk changes are prepared as proposals and only run after someone approves them.
The visit scribe
With the patient’s consent, the scribe transcribes the visit and drafts SOAP notes, referral letters, and patient summaries. Every statement in a draft is linked to what was said, and anything without evidence is left out. Drafts become part of the record only after the doctor edits, approves, and signs them.
Privacy and control
Recording starts only after consent is recorded. Audio is encrypted and deleted on your clinic’s schedule. AI features use each person’s own permissions, and their actions appear in the activity and audit logs.
Human responsibility
AI is not a substitute for clinical judgement or professional advice. Wareed does not diagnose, prescribe, or triage. Clinics remain responsible for reviewing what AI prepares and for the appropriate use of patient information.
