# Wareed

> Wareed is clinic software for teams in Egypt and the GCC, in Arabic and English.

Wareed brings booking, WhatsApp reception (with the AI receptionist Fatma), pre-visit intake forms, clinical visits and notes, an ambient visit scribe, billing, and reporting into one workspace. AI features prepare drafts and suggestions that staff review; visit notes are drafts until a clinician signs them. Wareed does not provide medical advice or replace clinical judgement.

The public website is wareed.io. The docs, in English and Arabic, are at docs.wareed.io. The product, where clinic teams sign in, is app.wareed.io.

Wareed is designed for clinic teams: reception, doctors, and managers. It brings scheduling, online booking, WhatsApp patient communication, pre-visit intake, clinical visits and notes, billing, reporting, automation, and access controls into one workspace. It supports Arabic and English experiences and is designed around the practical needs of clinics in Egypt and the GCC.

AI capabilities should be understood as assistive tools. A clinic team reviews the information and decides what action, if any, to take. The ambient visit scribe records only after patient consent is captured, drafts documentation in which every statement must cite the transcript (an automatic check sets aside statements whose citation is missing, appears to say the opposite, or is unclear; it can still miss a wrong reading), and nothing becomes part of the record until a clinician reviews, approves, and signs it. Wareed does not diagnose, prescribe, triage emergencies, or make clinical decisions.
